1.Our commitment
Zion Productions respects your privacy and collects only what is necessary to sell and deliver its digital products. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
This policy is written to meet the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where it applies to you, equivalent international legislation such as the GDPR.
2.This page itself collects nothing
No tracking on this site. This sales page has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no tracking cookies. Simply visiting and reading it does not identify you.
The only item stored in your browser is a technical value kept on your own device (localStorage) that remembers the end time of the on-page countdown so it does not restart on every visit. It contains no personal data, it is never transmitted to us, and you may clear it at any time through your browser settings.
3.What data we process, and when
We only come into contact with your personal data at two moments:
a) When you make a purchase
- Identification data: full name;
- Contact data: email address and, where provided, phone number;
- Transaction data: product purchased, date, amount, currency, order status, country of purchase;
- Tax or billing data where the payment platform is legally required to collect it.
We never receive your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment data is processed exclusively by the payment platform within its own secure environment.
b) When you contact us
- the email address you write from, and the content of your message.
4.Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To deliver the product and provide access — performance of a contract with you;
- To provide customer support and handle refund requests — performance of a contract and compliance with consumer law;
- To keep tax, accounting, and transaction records — compliance with a legal obligation;
- To prevent fraud and protect our rights — legitimate interests;
- To send occasional messages about related products — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5.Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary with service providers acting on our behalf:
- Hotmart — payment processing, invoicing, delivery of the product and the members' area. Hotmart acts as an independent controller for the transaction and applies its own privacy policy;
- Email and hosting providers — to send access details and to keep this website online;
- Accountants and legal advisers — where strictly necessary and under confidentiality;
- Public authorities — only where required by law, court order, or a lawful request.
6.International transfers
Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including in Brazil, the United States, and the European Union. Where this happens, we require that the provider applies an adequate level of protection and appropriate safeguards under the applicable law.
7.How long we keep data
- Transaction and tax records: for the period required by Brazilian tax and commercial legislation;
- Support correspondence: while it is needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period thereafter;
- Marketing contacts: until you withdraw consent or ask to be removed.
After these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8.Your rights
Under the LGPD (Article 18) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may at any time request:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
- information about the entities with which we have shared your data;
- withdrawal of consent, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@ziondigitalvault.com. We reply within the period set by the applicable law and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
9.Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; should an incident present a relevant risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
10.Children and adolescents
This product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the update date shown at the top.
12.Contact and supervisory authority
For any question about this policy or about how your data is processed, write to contact@ziondigitalvault.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority — in Brazil, the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados), and in the European Union, your national supervisory authority.
