1.Acceptance of these Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using How to Reconquer Lost Love, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision set out here, please do not complete the purchase and do not use the material.

You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence.

2.What the product is

How to Reconquer Lost Love is a digital educational ebook, delivered in PDF format, together with any bonus materials described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

The product is not a course, and it does not include individual coaching, personalized counseling, private consultations, therapy, or any form of one-to-one support, unless purchased separately.

3.Nature of the material and no guarantee of results

The content is informational and educational in nature and is not a substitute for:

• psychotherapy, counseling, or any mental health treatment;

• legal advice of any kind, including matters of separation, divorce, or custody;
• professional support from a qualified practitioner in your country.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, depression, thoughts of self-harm, or if you are in an abusive or unsafe situation, please seek qualified professional help or your local emergency services. This ebook is not designed for those circumstances.

4.Responsible use

The material must be used with respect for the autonomy, dignity, and boundaries of every person involved. You agree not to use the content, in whole or in part, to:

• harass, pursue, stalk, intimidate, pressure, or deceive any person;
• contact someone who has asked not to be contacted, or who has obtained any form of protective or restraining order;
• manipulate, coerce, or exert control over another person against their will.

You are solely responsible for your own conduct and for any consequence arising from how you apply the material.

5.Licence and intellectual property

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, individual, non-transferable licence to use the material for an indefinite term.

All content — text, structure, scripts, illustrations, cover art, and bonus materials — is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Zion Productions. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, resell, rent, lend, or distribute the material, in whole or in part;
• share your access, files, or login credentials with third parties;
• publish the content on websites, social networks, file-sharing platforms, messaging groups, or any other channel;
• create derivative works, translations, adaptations, or courses based on the content;
• remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or authorship credit.

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

6.Payment, delivery, and access

Payment is processed by Hotmart, an independent payment platform, under its own terms and conditions. Zion Productions does not collect, process, or store your payment card details.

Delivery is digital and automatic. After payment is confirmed, you receive access by email and through the Hotmart members' area. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder.

Prices are shown on the sales page and may vary by country, currency, and applicable taxes, which are determined at checkout by the payment platform.

7.Refund policy

This right is granted in line with Brazilian consumer legislation (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), which applies to the seller. If the consumer protection law of your own country grants you a longer withdrawal period, that longer period applies.

Once a refund is processed, your licence to use the material is immediately revoked and you must delete every copy in your possession.

8.Availability and technical requirements

To use the product you need a device capable of opening PDF files and an internet connection to download the material. Zion Productions is not responsible for failures caused by your device, your internet provider, or third-party platforms.

Access is provided through third-party infrastructure. We make reasonable efforts to keep the material available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of platforms we do not control.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zion Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, emotional distress, or any outcome related to personal relationships arising from the use of the material.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law, including liability for fraud or for mandatory consumer rights.

10.No affiliation

This product and this website are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., Google, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11.Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the update date shown at the top. Material changes do not affect purchases already completed.

12.Support

Questions about access, payment, or the content of the material may be sent to contact@ziondigitalvault.com. Support is provided by email, on business days, in English or Portuguese, and does not include individual relationship advice.

13.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where Zion Productions is established. Consumers residing outside Brazil retain the mandatory protections afforded by the consumer law of their country of residence.
